Statute Text
Residency for purpose of distribution of state aid.
(1) The provisions of ORS 341.487
shall not apply to admissions arranged under ORS 350.750.
(2) For purposes
of ORS 341.626, and notwithstanding ORS 341.487, students who are residents of
Idaho, Washington, California and Nevada and students admitted pursuant to ORS
350.750 shall be considered as residents of Oregon. [Formerly 341.528]
