Statute Text
Establishment of community college. Upon approval of the Higher Education Coordinating Commission, a community college may be established by a community college district in which all the requirements for formation of the district are met and for which adequate building space, library and suitable laboratory or shop space for the courses to be offered are available or will be available before classes begin.
