Statute Text
Election laws applicable. Except as provided in ORS 255.400 to 255.424: (1) ORS chapter 255 governs the following: (a) The nomination and election of board members. (b) The conduct of district elections. (2) The electors of a community college district may exercise the powers of the initiative and referendum regarding a district measure, in accordance with ORS 255.135 to 255.205. (3) ORS 249.865 to 249.877 govern the recall of board members. [1983 c.350 §206; 2019 c.449 §27]
