Statute Text
Authority to certify operating taxes.
A community college district, upon approval of a majority of the electors
voting upon the question at the election held to approve formation of a
district, may certify operating taxes to the assessor under ORS 310.060 that
are within the districts permanent rate limit established under ORS 341.095. [1969
