Statute Text
Criminal offense by person having custody.
If the person having such party in custody is brought
before the court or judge as for a criminal offense, the person shall be
examined, committed, released or discharged by the court or judge in like
manner as in other criminal cases of like nature. [Amended by 1973 c.836 §324]
