Statute Text
School board and charter school duty to provide textbooks. (1) Subject to ORS 339.155, each district school board shall provide textbooks, prescribed or authorized by law, for free use by all resident public school pupils enrolled in kindergarten through grade 12. (2) Subject to ORS 339.155, each public charter school as defined in ORS 338.005 shall provide textbooks, prescribed or authorized by law, for free use by all pupils enrolled in the public charter school.
