Inclusion of cannabis abuse prevention curricula supplements and public
information programs in policies and plans; report.
(1) As part of the comprehensive
alcohol and drug abuse policy and implementation plan described in ORS 336.222,
the Oregon Health Authority, State Board of Education and Alcohol and Drug
Policy Commission shall collaborate on developing curricula supplements for
cannabis abuse prevention and public information programs for students,
parents, teachers, administrators and school board members.
(2) In the manner
provided by ORS 192.245, the authority shall report on the implementation of
this section to the Legislative Assembly on or before February 1 of each
