State
board rules.
In
order to carry out the duties described in ORS 336.222 and 336.227, the State
Board of Education, in consultation with the Oregon Health Authority and the
Alcohol and Drug Policy Commission, shall adopt by rule, as a minimum,
descriptions of the content of what shall be included in the policy and plan
