should be designed to: (1) Develop and test nondiscriminatory courses of study or parts of courses which feature predictable student achievement of prestated student performance objectives. (2) Stimulate the implementation of innovative approaches to instruction within the various schools, providing training programs as necessary to familiarize faculty and administrators with newly developed instructional methodology. (3) Be capable of objective evaluation within two years of commencement. [1975 c.423 §3]
