Statute Text
Contracts with common school districts. The union high school board may for high school purposes contract with a common school district board for the use of any property belonging to the common school district and may purchase an undivided interest in the property of a common school district for the purpose of operating a high school thereon. [Amended by 1965 c.100 §215]
