Statute Text
Employment of classified school employees.
(1) As used in this section, classified school
employee includes all employees of an education service district in a position
represented by a collective bargaining unit, except those for whom a teaching
or administrative license is required as a basis for employment in an education
service district.
(2) A classified
school employee shall have the right to be dismissed, demoted or disciplined
