Statute Text
Gifts. (1) An education service district board may accept gifts and bequests of money for the establishment and conduct of child guidance clinics and for any other purpose consistent with the powers and duties of the district. (2) The board shall deposit any such money received in a special fund and the money shall be expended under the direction of the board for the purposes for which it was donated.
