Statute Text
Title of real property when district ceases or school district withdraws. (1) Whenever an education service district ceases to exist, its real property shall pass to the successor district, which is authorized to treat the property in the same manner as did the predecessor district. (2) Whenever a school district withdraws from an education service district as provided in ORS 334.015, the school district and education service district shall determine the disposition of any real property of the education service district that is located within the boundaries of the school district. If the school district and the education service district are unable to agree on how to dispose of the real property, the education service district shall retain the property.
