Healthy School Facilities Fund. (1) The Healthy School Facilities Fund is established in the State Treasury, separate and distinct from the General Fund. Interest earned by the Healthy School Facilities Fund shall be credited to the fund. (2) Moneys in the fund are continuously appropriated to the Department of Education for the purpose of providing financial assistance to school districts, education service districts and public charter schools in carrying out the adoption, administration and enforcement of plans described in ORS 332.331, including but not limited to the conducting of testing and exposure reduction activities.
