Statute Text
Election of directors; term. Except as provided in ORS 255.400 to 255.424, at each regular district election described in ORS 255.335, school directors shall be elected for a term of four years to succeed the directors whose terms of office expire on June 30 of that year. All such elections of school directors shall be held as provided by ORS chapter 255. [Formerly 331.120; 1995 c.258 §3; 2019 c.449 §17]
