Statute Text
Grants
under ORS 329.395 to 329.425.
(1) An approved school district child development program shall be entitled to
receive a grant not to exceed $50,000.
(2) An approved
school district teenage parent program shall be entitled to receive a grant not
to exceed $25,000.
(3) A district
may receive grants under both subsections (1) and (2) of this section but no
district is entitled to receive more than $75,000 for the grant period. [Formerly
