Statute Text
Issuance of bonds and interest-bearing warrants.
All school bonds, including
funding and refunding bonds, notes and negotiable interest-bearing warrants
which have been specifically authorized by vote of the electors, shall be
issued as prescribed in ORS chapter 287A. [Amended by 1965 c.100 §61; 1975
c.642 §21; 2007 c.783 §130]
