Statute Text
Sale and conveyance of property; disposition of proceeds. The board of directors of School District No. 1, Klamath County, may sell and convey by deed, executed by all the members of said board of directors, any and all real property devised to the district for common school purposes, or any and all real property acquired by the district in connection with the administration of said fund, whenever in the board’s judgment the interests of the school fund will be subserved by such sale. The board shall pay over the proceeds of such sale to the clerk of the district to be invested the same as other moneys belonging to the fund. BONDS
