Statute Text
Sources; use of interest. The proceeds of all gifts, devises and bequests made to School District No. 1, Klamath County, for common school purposes, for the use and benefit of said district shall be set apart as a separate and irreducible school fund, to be called the Common School Fund for District No. 1, Klamath County. The interest from the fund shall be applied to the support and maintenance of the common schools of said school district.
