Statute Text
Sale, rental or lease of property; disposition of proceeds. The board of Douglas County School Fund commissioners may sell and convey by deed, executed by all of said commissioners, any and all real property devised to Douglas County for common school purposes, whenever in the judgment of such board the interest of the school fund will be subserved by such sale, or may rent or lease the same when it deems best. The board may invest the proceeds of such sale as provided in ORS 328.115 to 328.135. COMMON SCHOOL FUND FOR DISTRICT NO. 1, KLAMATH COUNTY
