Statute Text
Board
of Douglas County School Fund commissioners.
The chairperson of the board of county commissioners,
clerk and treasurer of Douglas County are appointed as a board of Douglas
County School Fund commissioners. They shall approve all applications for loans
as to title and value of security offered. The treasurer shall make no loan or
lease any land until such board has given its approval. [Amended by 1963 c.386 §5]
