Statute Text
Partial apportionments.
The executive officer of the administrative office for the county, upon the
written request of any district school board, may make a partial apportionment
to any district of any money due it at the time of making a regular
apportionment under ORS 328.015, and apportion the remainder at the next
regular apportionment. The county treasurer shall pay any partial apportionment
made under this section. [Amended by 1963 c.544 §19; 1965 c.100 §48]
