Statute Text
Financial and program audits by Secretary of State; reports to Legislative
Assembly and Governor.
(1) Not later than December 31, 2020, and every two years thereafter, the
Secretary of State shall conduct financial and program audits of the uses of
the High School Graduation and College and Career Readiness Fund and the
effectiveness of the fund in achieving the purposes of the fund.
(2) The Secretary
of State shall submit the audit reports to the Legislative Assembly and the
