Retention of moneys for administrative costs of department. (1) For the biennium beginning July 1, 2017, the Department of Education may retain up to one and one-half percent of the High School Graduation and College and Career Readiness Fund for purposes of administering ORS 327.853 to 327.895. (2) For biennia beginning on or after July 1, 2019, the department may retain up to one and one-quarter percent of the fund for purposes of administering ORS 327.853 to 327.895.
