Statute Text
Review
of accounts affecting federal funds.
The Oregon Department of Administrative Services shall cause a review to be
made of the accounts and financial affairs of the State Board of Education, the
Superintendent of Public Instruction and the Department of Education affecting
any funds acquired from the federal government to aid education, in the same
manner and under the same conditions as provided by law for the review of state
departments and institutions. [Amended by 1975 c.614 §10; 1989 c.491 §12]
