Statute Text
Projects contracted to districts and institutions of higher learning.
The State Board of Education may
contract with school districts, community college districts and any
institutions of higher learning in this state for the purpose of carrying out
any phase of a project for which funds granted under ORS 327.485 are available
and may reimburse such districts and institutions from such funds. The board
may make advance payments to the contracting districts or institutions based on
the estimated cost of any service to be provided. Any payment to a district
shall not be subject to the provisions of ORS 294.305 to 294.565. [1961 c.588 §5;
