Statute Text
When
county court may acquire mortgaged lands deeded to state.
Whenever the Department of State
Lands receives a deed as described in ORS 327.465, the county court of the
county in which the lands are situated may, within one year from the recorded
date of such deed, acquire from the state the property so conveyed by paying to
the state the total amount of the states investment in the property.
