Statute Text
Student Success Teams Account.
(1) The Student Success Teams Account is established in the State Treasury,
separate and distinct from the General Fund.
(2) The Student
Success Teams Account shall consist of:
(a) Moneys
transferred to the account from the Statewide Education Initiatives Account;
(b) Moneys
appropriated or otherwise transferred to the Student Success Teams Account by
the Legislative Assembly; and
(c) Other amounts
deposited into the account from any source.
(3) Moneys in the
Student Success Teams Account are continuously appropriated to the Department
of Education for the purpose of funding the intensive coaching program for
school districts established under ORS 327.169, including funding any costs
incurred for student success teams under that program. [Formerly 327.224]
