Statute Text
Noncompliant delivery sales of tobacco prohibited.
A person that accepts a purchase
order for a delivery sale of tobacco may not make a delivery sale of tobacco to
a person in this state if the delivery sale of tobacco does not comply with the
requirements of this chapter. [2003 c.804 §80; 2021 c.179 §12]
