Statute Text
Transportation project tax expenditures in continuous effect.
For purposes of ORS 315.037, any
tax expenditure enacted with respect to any or all transportation project taxes
shall remain in continuous effect until the Legislative Assembly expressly
provides otherwise. [2019 c.491 §19]
