Statute Text
Application for and issuance of users license.
A user of fuel in a motor vehicle
required to be licensed under ORS 319.550 shall apply to the Department of
Transportation for a users license upon forms prescribed by the department and
shall set forth such information as the department may require. On receipt of
the application, the department may issue to the applicant a users license
without charge authorizing the applicant to use fuel in a motor vehicle in this
state. The license is valid only for the person in whose name it is issued and
is valid until canceled or revoked. [Amended by 1959 c.188 §4; 1977 c.429 §3;
