Statute Text
Discounting county orders prohibited.
No county officer shall purchase or receive in payment of taxes or in exchange,
or otherwise, any county orders or any demand against the county of the county
officer for a claim allowed by the proper officer to allow the claim during the
term of office of the county officer, for an amount less than that expressed on
the face of the order or demand.
