Statute Text
Warrant of clerk authorizing collection of taxes. After receiving the certificate required by ORS 311.105, the county clerk shall forthwith issue to the county assessor a warrant, in the name of the State of Oregon, under the hand of the clerk and the seal of the county court, authorizing the collection by the tax collector and charging the tax collector with the collection of the taxes and other amounts shown in the certificate.
