Statute Text
Floating home eligible as homestead.
A floating home, as defined in ORS 830.700, assessed under the property tax
laws of this state shall be eligible to be a homestead for the purposes of all
tax laws of this state giving a right or privilege to a homestead. [1977 c.615 §6]
