Distribution of certain property tax relief moneys to counties.
Property tax relief money paid to
the county treasurer pursuant to law, such as but not limited to senior
citizens property tax relief, inventory property tax relief, local property
tax relief and such other property tax relief as may be hereafter enacted by
the State of Oregon which do not require that the amounts be offset against a
particular type of districts levy, shall be distributed by the county
treasurer with the assistance of the tax collector to the taxing districts of
the county in accordance with the schedule of percentages computed under ORS
311.390. [1969 c.595 §2]
