Statute Text
Severability.
If
any provision of ORS 31.800 to 31.820 or the application thereof to any person
is held invalid, the invalidity shall not affect other provisions or
applications of ORS 31.800 to 31.820 which can be given effect without the
invalid provision or application and to this end the provisions of ORS 31.800
to 31.820 are severable. [Formerly 18.460]
