Statute Text
Oath.
Before proceeding to the functions
and duties required by this chapter, each member of the property value appeals
board shall take and subscribe to an oath to faithfully and honestly discharge
the duties of the board. The oath shall be administered by a member of the
board and shall be filed with the county clerk. [Amended by 1979 c.241 §41;
