Statute Text
(1)(e).
(2) The exemption
allowed by ORS 307.242 shall not apply to the property of any corporation that
requires any payment in excess of one months rent, including a deposit or
founders fee, to be paid, in addition to rent paid for occupancy of the
facility, as a condition for occupancy.
(3) The exemption
allowed by ORS 307.242 shall not apply in any year in which delinquencies exist
for taxes or other amounts charged against the property on the tax roll. [1977
