Statute Text
Employees; appointment; duties; compensation and expenses.
(1) Subject to any applicable
provisions of the State Personnel Relations Law:
(a) The Director
of the Department of Revenue may appoint and remove such officers, agents and
employees as the director considers necessary. Such persons shall have the
duties and powers the director from time to time prescribes.
(b) The
compensation of all such officers, agents and employees shall be fixed by the
director.
(2) Subject to
and in the manner otherwise provided by law, all officers, agents and employees
of the Department of Revenue shall be allowed such reasonable and necessary
traveling and other expenses as may be incurred in the performance of their
