Statute Text
Filing
copy of judgment with Secretary of State.
If judgment is given against a corporation, the
effect of which is that the corporation ceases to exist, or whereby any letters
patent are determined to be vacated or annulled, it shall be the duty of the
district attorney to cause a copy of the judgment to be filed with the
Secretary of State. [Amended by 1991 c.111 §3]
