Statute Text
Exceptions to limitation.
The immunity provided in ORS 30.492 shall not apply to any person:
(1) Whose act or
omission caused in whole or in part the actual or threatened discharge and who
would otherwise be liable for the damages; or
(2) Who receives
compensation other than reimbursement for expenses for the persons service in
rendering such assistance or advice. [1985 c.376 §3]
