Statute Text
Judicial
education program on establishment and management of family court departments.
The State Court Administrator
shall implement an education program for state judges that emphasizes issues
and problems encountered in the establishment and management of family court
departments. The program shall provide education on the manner in which family
court departments may be established, and shall identify means of removing
obstacles to the establishment of family court departments. The program shall
provide recommendations for improving the quality of service provided by family
court departments. The program may provide specific instruction in issues
arising under the different proceedings conducted in family court departments. [1997
