Assignment of matters relating to same child.
Upon assignment to the family court department of the
cases specified in ORS 3.408, the presiding judge of the judicial district
shall insure, when reasonable and appropriate, that all cases that involve the
same minor child be assigned to the same judge. [1993 c.165 §4]
