Statute Text
(1) shall occur in the following counties until the county court approves
such transfer either as of July 1, 1968, or thereafter:
(a) Gilliam,
Sherman, Wheeler, Harney or Morrow County.
(b) Any county
that as of July 1, 1968, has a population of less than 11,000 and in which the
judge of the circuit court does not reside.
(2)
Notwithstanding the limitation on transfer of juvenile jurisdiction in
subsection (1) of this section, the circuit court in the judicial district
shall exercise exclusive and original judicial jurisdiction, authority, powers,
functions and duties in all proceedings under ORS 419B.500 to 419B.508 filed
