State
Treasurer designation of depositories.
In the exercise of the powers and duties conferred under ORS 293.875, the State
Treasurer shall designate those depositories or qualified depositories that may
be used by state agencies for collecting drafts, checks, certificates of
deposit and coupons in satisfaction of a payment obligation owed to the state
