Statute Text
Penalties.
(1) Any
officer willfully violating any of the provisions of ORS 51.340 shall, upon
conviction thereof, be fined not more than $25 for each offense, to be paid
into the county treasury for the benefit of the common schools.
(2) Unless the
time is extended by the commission, any municipal corporation subject to ORS
