Statute Text
Period
of investments; withdrawal of funds.
Subject to the right of the unit of local government or the tribal government
to specify the period in which its funds may be held in the investment pool for
investment and reinvestment, the investment officer by rule shall prescribe the
time periods for investments in the investment pool and the procedure for
