Statute Text
Attorney General as legal advisor and counsel to commission.
The Attorney General shall be the
legal advisor and counsel of the commission and shall represent it in all suits
and actions and other legal proceedings in any court in this state. The
Attorney General shall receive compensation for any services rendered in such
capacity. [Amended by 1969 c.363 §2; 1973 c.775 §6]
