County budget summary of revenues and expenditures funded in part by state resources. County budgets must contain a summary of revenues and expenditures for major programs funded in part by state resources. The summary must include, at a minimum, functions related to assessment and taxation, community corrections, district attorneys, juvenile corrections and probation, public health, mental health and chemical dependency, veterans’ services, roads and economic development. The summary must provide the total expenses for each program and identify the revenues used to fund the program from general county resources, state grants, federal grants, video lottery resources and other resources as applicable. The summary must include the revenues and expenditures in the adopted budget, revenues and expenditures in the prior year’s adopted budget, and actual revenue and expenditure data from the two previous years.
