Statute Text
Use by counties of moneys received from federal government under the federal Flood Control Act. All moneys received from the United States Government under the federal Flood Control Act, and Acts amendatory thereof and supplemental thereto, and distributed to counties pursuant to ORS 293.570, shall be used for the benefit of the public schools and public roads of the counties receiving the funds.
